Mentor Match Program

The mission of the Great Lakes Ice Cream + Fast Food Association (GLIC+FFA) Mentor Match Program is committed to connecting emerging leaders with seasoned store operators within the ice cream and fast food industry to share their knowledge, experience and advice creating a stronger and successful entrepreneur experience.

A GLIC+FFA Mentor must be a current member and have at least 3 or more years experience in the ice cream and fast food industry. The Mentor will need to fill out the application below. When a Mentee match becomes available, you will be contacted.

The time commitment for the Mentor Match Program is decided by the mentor and the mentee. Ideally, mentors should plan to communicate with their mentee a minimum of once a month or more – creating a nice relationship.
