We serve as a trusted link between operators and suppliers in the ice cream and fast-food industry. Through research, education, and the sharing of best practices, we help raise standards in sanitation, product quality, and operational efficiency—all for the benefit and protection of the public.

We gather and share valuable market, economic, and industry insights, promote food sales through these outlets, and provide a unified voice for our members wherever representation is needed. Above all, we’re here to support the growth and success of this industry.

Board of Directors & Executive Committee

The Great Lakes Ice Cream + Fast Food Association (GLIC+FFA) Board of Directors is an elected non-compensated body of industry professionals consisting of 12 board members, responsible for overseeing the successful operations of GLIC+FFA.

Board members proactively work to raise and secure important funding that helps to support and protect the mission of GLIC+FFA. Each year 6 directors are elected for a 2-year term: 3 supplier members and 3 store operator members.
