SERVSAFE CERTIFICATION COURSE
Managers need to know food safety and the critical importance of its role.  And they need to learn how to share food safety knowledge with every employee.  The food industry highly-regarded ServSafe Certification Course gives them the knowledge and tools to do just that.  This course is offered prior to the start of the Annual Convention and Trade Show.  The certification course is a separate fee from the attendee registration.
