2021 Education Experience

The GLIC+FFA Board of Directors has cancelled the in-person 2021 convention and trade show due to COVID and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services Epidemic Orders limiting gathering sizes.

It is important to us that we continue to provide learning opportunities for ice cream and fast food businesses.  While we are disappointed, we’re excited about the opportunity the 2021 EDUCATION EXPERIENCE will provide.

Welcome to the line up to the 2021 EDUCATION EXPERIENCE.  The Education Committee is bringing topics they felt would work well in a virtual format.  You will be able to view all videos at your convenience from February 11 – 20, 2021.

Some of best information from the education seminars come from members with discussion after the presentation.  To keep a huge value we formatted many of our seminars in a “Book Club” format.  You watch the videos on February 11th or February 12th and then we meet in Zoom “Book Club” sessions on February 13th to discuss and benefit from each other.  We hope you will plan to join us in the Zoom “Book Club” discussion.  Zoom “Book Club” time TBD.
